The engineers that we contract to repair home appliances have been trading with us for years and have our fullest confidence that they can offer you the best advice with realistic quoits.

There is no call out fee (we can not see the point in charging someone for telling them that their appliance is broken when they already know this) if you are in the local area.

As a rule we do not send engineers out to repair Kettles, Vacuum Cleaners and other small appliances because it is not cost effective, so we recommend that you bring such small appliances into the shop. However if you are unable to do so we can arrange to have an engineer call round but their may be a call out fee in this instance.
